Boremec Oilfield Technologies Inc maintains an integrated Quality, Health, Safety & Environment management system. Our objective is to protect people, the environment and customer assets while consistently delivering products and services that meet or exceed contractual and regulatory requirements.

QHSE responsibilities are embedded at every level of the organisation – from leadership and supervision to each individual employee and contractor. We foster a culture where safe, environmentally responsible and high‑quality work is the only acceptable standard.

Quality Management

Our quality processes cover the full lifecycle of engineering, manufacturing and service delivery. Clear procedures, qualified personnel and calibrated equipment ensure that every job is controlled from enquiry and design through fabrication, testing, inspection and final documentation.

  • Documented procedures for design, manufacturing, inspection and testing.
  • Formal review of customer requirements and technical specifications.
  • Use of approved materials, certified consumables and traceable components.
  • Inspection and test plans (ITPs) with defined hold, witness and review points.
  • Non‑conformance management and corrective / preventive action tracking.

Health & Safety

We believe that all incidents are preventable. Our safety programme focuses on risk assessment, control of critical activities and continuous training so that everyone returns home safely every day.

  • Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Permit‑to‑Work for high‑risk activities.
  • Regular toolbox talks and safety campaigns on key risk topics.
  • Mandatory use of appropriate PPE and safe work practices.
  • Reporting and investigation of near‑misses and incidents to prevent recurrence.
  • Emergency response plans and periodic drills.

Environmental Stewardship

Environmental protection is integrated into our planning and operations. We identify significant environmental aspects and implement controls to minimise emissions, spills and waste generation.

  • Responsible handling and segregation of waste with approved disposal routes.
  • Spill prevention measures and readily available containment materials.
  • Energy‑efficient practices and optimisation of utility consumption.
  • Compliance with local environmental legislation and customer requirements.
